The menu is inspired by the ever-changing seasons of the city and is divided into Haru (spring), Natsu (summer), Aki (autumn) and Fuyu (winter); hero serves from the menu include ‘Artichoke Thyme’ a sophisticated take on the Old Fashioned featuring roasted artichoke-infused Whistle Pig 10 Years Old whiskey, Cynar, garlic oil and thyme essence - simply delicious, you'll be ordering them all night.
Accompany your drinks with a curated menu from Chef Akira Back. Influenced by his global experiences and Korean heritage, lunch includes refreshing light dishes such as miso niçoise salad, grilled salmon poke bowl and Wagyu burger whilst the evening menu features a variety of savoury sushi tacos, new style sashimi and caviar.
Designed to capture the essence of the sky above, indulge in the bar’s sophisticated and ethereal interiors, featuring a palette of sky blues, champagne tones and opulent ambers. Due to its intimate nature, reservations are recommended and as part of the exclusive experience, guests arrive via a private lift to the one-of-a-kind venue, encased in a stunning glass cube. ABar Rooftop is open from 12 pm to midnight, Sunday to Wednesday, and until 1am from Thursday to Saturday, with live smooth DJ performances filling the air from 6pm to 11pm Thursday through to Saturday.
