A Tulum-inspired summer at AllBright Mayfair

AllBright’s sun-drenched terrace on the fourth floor provides the perfect bohemian backdrop for Pimentae’s award-winning cocktail range while overhanging rattan lampshades, relaxed beach-style seating, lush verdant greenery and mini cacti tablescaping complete the Mexican makeover.

Served over ice, the refreshing line up of cocktails include Pimentae’s flagship Spicy Margarita, a unique blend of tequila, lime, chilli and agave, The Eclipse, made with tequila, cucumber, elderflower and mint and Tommy’s Margarita with tequila, lime and agave.

For a taste of Tulum, those enjoying the terrace can order small plates, including a selection of tacos, sea bream ceviche and guacamole or sample the restaurant’s a la carte menu of seasonal summer favourites. A new Paradiso Brunch, inspired by the Mexican theme, is available on Saturdays and open to non-members.

Members can enjoy the terrace from 9am until late during club hours, with non-members invited to pre-book their slice of paradise on Friday and Saturday nights. All bookings can be made via mayfairreservations@allbright.co
