Watch on as the team of highly-skilled chefs artfully curate and prepare dishes using Korean traditions and techniques, you will be truly amazed and mesmerised.
Named after the Korean word for "expert" - Dosa offers 14 guests the chance to experience Chef Back's culinary journey. Each dish tells its own story, with the 8-course chef's table experience evolving daily, depending on ingredient availability. The ever-changing menu features exquisite dishes, such as 'Mulhoe', a fisherman's chilled soup from Pohang on the Korean peninsula. Traditionally blended with kimchi and gochujang, Dosa's version includes wild pink seabream from Cornwall, donchimi red pepper, salsify and wasabi sorbet. Another delicious dish is the 'Majangdong', inspired by a district in Seoul known for its Hanwoo beef and nose-to-tail culinary traditions. Using three cuts of Korean beef and prepared in front of guests to create two unique offerings - this is a dish like no other.
Dosa is open on Wednesday through to Saturday with one sitting at 7pm. The tasting menu is priced at £185, with an additional wine pairing at £145 and a non-alcoholic option at £85.
