Gordon Ramsay's Bar & Grill has just launched a new autumnal menu showcasing the very best flavours and ingredients of the season - with warming dishes and generous flavours, Gordon Ramsay's Bar & Grill offers the crème de la crème of Mayfair dining.
The starters offer an international flare, with freshly made Sushi, Steak Tartare, Stone Bass Ceviche and Caesar Salad all being standout dishes that are decadent and beautifully presented. For the main event we recommend the classic British stars such as Beef Wellington for two - a spectacular dish that is just what is required with the start of autumn and colder weather. Or if sharing isn't for you, the tender and delicately seasoned Braised Lamb Shank falls right off the bone and is served with buttery mash, red wine jus and salsa verde for a modern twist. Don't forget the sides - these are a must. The Spinach and Truffle Gratin with garlic and thyme crumb pairs brilliantly with the Beef Wellington, as does the creamy Mac & Cheese with bacon.
Keep room for dessert, it is worth it. The Bread and Butter pudding will remind you of Grannie's home cooking, rich custard with raisin jewels and layers of sweetened bread - a British favourite.
