Festive Live at The Ritz

In the run-up to Christmas, The Ritz is holding its much-loved festive dinner dance. Live at The Ritz takes place in the magnificent setting of the Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant. Before stepping onto the dance floor and letting the orchestra’s melodies sweep you away, indulge in an expertly crafted meal by renowned executive chef, John Williams MBE.

The à la carte menu showcases the best of British produce, placing an emphasis on high-quality ingredients and exquisite flavours. The dinner event offers a classic combination of luxury dining and live entertainment.

At the centre of this unique evening is the highly rated London Dance Orchestra, which has a fantastic range of live music lined up each night to get you into the festive spirit. The orchestra’s musicians have performed with extraordinary talents such as Bryan Ferry, Van Morrison, Tom Jones, Jools Holland, Paloma Faith and Emeli Sandé.

Meanwhile swing-jazz band the London Dance Orchestra brings you big-band pieces and tunes from the Great American Songbook, featuring Iain Mackenzie – principal male vocalist for Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra.

The evening is brought to life by professional dancers Majella Presents, whose dramatic performance in period costume truly conjures up the spirit and glamour of the past.

And talking of costume, don’t forget the dress code: gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie. Jeans, shorts and sportswear are not permitted for either ladies or gentlemen.
