Luxury menswear brand Hackett London, known for its excellence in craftsmanship and a distinction for detail, are delighted to announce a collaboration with the multidisciplinary artist Tim Yip, marking the Chinese New Year - the Year of the Wood Dragon.
In celebration Hackett London is set to release a limited edition luxury pocket square, designed in collaboration with Tim Yip. This exclusive item limited to only 284 pieces, embodies the perfect blend of artistry and fashion. These rare pieces will be available for purchase at Hackett Londons’ iconic New Bond Street store. Additionally, a further 88 pocket squares will be individually signed, hand-numbered and available to purchase. This numerical symmetry reflects the cultural significance of the number 8 in Chinese tradition, symbolizing luck and prosperity.
As a tribute to the Year of the Wood Dragon, Hackett London sought inspiration from Tim Yip's artistic vision, fusing traditional Chinese elements with contemporary design. The pocket square serves as a canvas, narrating a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.
In tandem with the pocket square collaboration, Hackett London is proud to host an exhibition featuring 8 sculptures of Tim Yip's, including 6 sculptures at 14 Savile Row, 1 at Regent Street, and 1 at New Bond Street. The exhibition will be open to the public from February 6, 2024, to March 2, 2024, during store hours.
